With a total bill of HK$800 or more, you can enjoy free delivery service.
If the total bill is less than HK$800, an additional shipping fee of HK$80 will be required.
iNutrition delivery service is limited to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories, excluding outlying islands and remote areas, and Tung Chung, North Lantau and village houses need to be quoted separately (extra charges are subject to the final call notification). Delivery service is not applicable to locations where trucks cannot reach directly (such as tenement houses and certain village houses). If there is any elevator malfunction during delivery and it fails to operate normally, the customer will be contacted to change the delivery date.
Special weather arrangements
iNutrition’s delivery service will be suspended under severe weather conditions, including but not limited to typhoon signal No. 8 or above, black rainstorm warning, severe flooding or road blockage or closure due to inclement weather. If this happens, our customer service staff will contact you by phone.

The product will be delivered about three working days after the order is placed and the payment is completed. Discount package products and gifts may be sent separately from other products. If you need special delivery arrangements, please contact the staff.
