iNutrition is committed to providing the most professional and safe medical nutrition services to our customers — from helping you choose the right products to delivering them safely to your door.

  

Shipping Fee

All orders ship free with no minimum spend. The price shown on the website is the final price — no delivery charge will be added at checkout.

 

Delivery area

Delivery is available to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and the New Territories, excluding outlying islands and remote areas. Surcharges may apply for Tung Chung, Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, Shek O, North Lantau, and village houses — final charges will be confirmed by phone. Delivery is not available to locations inaccessible by truck (such as tenement buildings and certain village houses) or to any Hospital Authority or private hospitals. If an elevator is out of service at time of delivery, we will contact you to reschedule.

 

Special weather arrangements

Delivery service will be suspended under severe weather conditions, including but not limited to Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, Black Rainstorm Warning, severe flooding, or road closures due to inclement weather. Our customer service team will contact you by phone if this affects your order.

 

Delivery Method

Products are delivered via medical logistics designated by our suppliers. The delivery method for nutritional supplements and non-ready-to-drink products is determined by iNutrition and the manufacturer — customers may not specify a carrier. If a customer requires their own courier arrangement, all related costs are borne by the customer.

Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 business days after payment. Direct-from-supplier products, promotional bundle items, and gifts may be dispatched separately. In case of any dispute, iNutrition reserves the right of final decision.
