本條款及細則適用於閣下對 inutritionhk.com 網站及其相關頁面、內容、功能及服務（統稱「網站」）的存取及使用。網站由 iNutrition Limited（下稱「iNutrition」、「本公司」、「我們」或「本網站」）營運。閣下存取網站、建立帳戶或下訂單，即表示閣下同意受本條款及細則約束。
1. 服務及網站說明
1.1 iNutrition 為香港臨床營養、醫學營養、膳食補充品及相關健康產品的網上零售商。
1.2 除非個別產品頁面或結帳頁面另有明確說明，否則透過本網站購買的產品均由 iNutrition 銷售。我們可使用供應商合作夥伴、物流合作夥伴及其他第三方服務供應商處理訂單履行、配送、付款處理、客戶支援或行政安排。
1.3 我們可不時更新本條款及細則而毋須事先通知。經更新的條款自其刊登於網站當日起生效。閣下於更新後繼續使用網站，即表示閣下接受最新版本的條款及細則。
1.4 本條款及細則中若干詞語之定義如下：
1.4.1 「網站」指 inutritionhk.com 及我們不時提供的相關頁面、內容、功能及服務。
1.4.2 「產品」指閣下透過本網站訂購的貨品。
1.4.3 「內容」指本網站上的文字、圖片、圖像、設計、版面、標誌、產品資料、程式碼及其他材料。
1.4.4 「退款政策」指我們就退貨、換貨、退款及相關安排不時於網站公佈的政策。
2. 使用資格及帳戶
2.1 閣下必須年滿18歲，並具備訂立具法律約束力合約的能力，方可使用本網站及下訂單。
2.2 如閣下建立帳戶，閣下有責任妥善保管帳戶登入資料，並確保所提供的資料真實、準確、完整及最新。
2.3 如我們有合理理由相信閣下提供的資料屬虛假、誤導、不完整、未經授權，或涉及欺詐或濫用，我們可暫停或終止閣下帳戶、取消訂單或拒絕提供服務。
3. 產品資料及健康聲明
3.1 我們會盡合理努力確保網站上的產品描述、成分、營養資料、使用資料、價格、庫存狀況、圖片及其他內容準確無誤。然而，產品包裝、標籤、配方、供應情況、優惠組合及製造商資料可能不時更改。除非另有明確說明，否則圖片僅供參考。

4. 訂單及合約成立
4.1 當閣下提交訂單，即表示閣下向我們提出購買所選產品的要約。
4.2 我們在閣下提交訂單後發出的確認電郵，只表示我們已收到訂單，並不代表我們已接受該訂單。
4.3 我們保留於產品發貨、履行或明確接受訂單前，隨時接受、拒絕、限制或取消任何訂單的權利，包括但不限於以下情況：
4.3.1 產品缺貨或無法供應；
4.3.2 價格、產品描述、優惠或技術資料出現錯誤；
4.3.3 我們懷疑有欺詐、未經授權交易、轉售濫用或其他不當使用情況；
4.3.4 所提供的送貨地址無法配送或在營運上不可行；或
4.3.5 我們需要額外核實資料但未能於合理時間內收到。
4.4 只有當我們發貨、履行訂單或以其他方式明確確認接受訂單時，閣下與我們之間的買賣合約方告成立。
5. 價格、付款及稅項
5.1 除非另有說明，否則網站上顯示的所有價格均以港元（HKD）計算。
5.2 我們會盡合理努力確保價格準確，但仍有可能出現錯誤。如我們於閣下下單後發現價格、優惠或產品資料有誤，我們可取消訂單，或聯絡閣下提供更正資料及讓閣下決定是否確認訂單。
5.3 閣下必須使用結帳頁面所提供的付款方式付款。當閣下提交付款，即表示閣下確認有權使用所選付款方式，並授權我們、我們的付款處理商及相關平台服務供應商收取訂單應付的全部金額，包括於結帳時披露的任何稅項或費用。
5.4 產品所有權於我們收到全數付款且產品已送達閣下提供的送貨地址後，方轉移予閣下。產品風險於送達時轉移予閣下。
6. 送貨及履行安排
6.1 除非我們另有明確說明，否則我們目前只接受香港境內送貨訂單。
6.2 訂單可由 iNutrition、供應商合作夥伴或第三方物流服務供應商履行。任何預計出貨或送貨時間僅屬估算，並不構成保證。供應商處理時間、物流限制、天氣、公共假期、監管要求、樓宇出入限制、地址錯誤或其他超出我們合理控制範圍的情況，均可能導致延誤。
6.3 閣下必須提供完整及準確的送貨地址、收件人姓名及聯絡電話。我們不接受送貨至順豐站、智能櫃、自提櫃或其他本網站結帳程序或營運規定不允許的受限制收貨地點。
6.4 如因閣下提供的地址不正確、地址無法進入、收件人未能收貨、拒收、環境不安全或其他可歸責於閣下的原因導致送貨失敗，我們可收取額外送貨或重新送貨費用、在法律允許下於退款中扣除合理處理成本，或取消訂單。
6.5 任何運費安排及免運門檻（如適用）將以網站、結帳頁面或送貨政策所列為準。我們可不時更新有關安排。
7. 退貨、更換及退款
7.1 由於本網站所售產品多屬營養、補充品或健康相關產品，基於衛生、安全及品質控制理由，退貨將受到限制。
7.2 我們的退款政策構成本條款及細則的一部分，並載列有關退貨、更換、退款的詳細規則、時限、程序及可提供的補救方式。閣下下訂單即表示同意受該政策約束。
7.3 除非法律另有要求或退款政策另有明確規定，否則我們不接受因改變主意、選錯口味、個人喜好，或因產品於送達後已被開封、使用、拆封、干預或未有妥善保存而提出的退貨或換貨要求。

8. 推廣優惠、折扣碼及市場推廣活動
8.1 我們可不時提供折扣碼、促銷價格、贈品、組合優惠、運費優惠或其他推廣活動。有關優惠受其個別條款約束，並可在法律允許範圍內隨時更改、暫停或撤回。
8.2 除非個別推廣條款另有明確規定，否則：
8.2.1 優惠不可兌換現金；
8.2.2 如活動條款訂明不可同時使用，則不得與其他優惠併用；
8.2.3 優惠僅於指定推廣期內有效；及
8.2.4 如訂單被取消、退款，或被認定為欺詐或濫用，我們可取消有關優惠或追回相關優惠利益。
9. 網站可接受使用方式
9.1 閣下不得：
9.1.1 以任何非法、欺詐、濫用或誤導方式使用本網站；
9.1.2 干擾、破壞、逆向工程、損害本網站、相關系統或任何安全功能；
9.1.3 未經我們事先書面同意而抓取、複製、轉載、再發布或作商業用途使用網站內容，但法律明確允許者除外；
9.1.4 上載或傳送惡意程式、其他有害程式碼或侵犯他人權利的內容；或
9.1.5 以可能損害我們營運、客戶、供應商、聲譽或合規責任的方式使用本網站。
10. 知識產權

11. 用戶提交內容及評論
11.1 如閣下向我們或透過本網站提交評論、意見、推薦語、問題、照片或其他內容，閣下確認該等內容屬真實、合法，且不侵犯任何第三方權利。

14.3 本條款並不排除或限制根據香港法律不得合法排除或限制的責任。
14.4 在不影響前述條文的情況下，除非因我們的重大疏忽、故意失當或其他法律不可排除的責任所致，否則我們毋須就因本網站、任何訂單、送貨延誤或閣下使用任何產品而引起或相關的任何間接、附帶、特別、懲罰性或相應損失，或任何利潤、收入、商譽、機會或數據損失承擔責任。
14.5 如法律規定責任不能完全排除，我們就任何與產品或訂單有關的索償所承擔的總責任，以閣下就有關產品或訂單實際支付的金額為上限。
15. 彌償
15.1 閣下同意就因閣下違反本條款、濫用本網站或違反任何法律或第三方權利而引致或相關的任何索償、損失、損害、責任及開支，向 iNutrition 及其董事、高級職員、員工、承包商及代理作出彌償，並使其免受損害。
16. 暫停及終止
16.1 如我們認為閣下違反本條款、涉及欺詐或濫用、對我們業務或其他客戶構成風險，或因法律、營運或保安原因而有需要，我們可暫停、限制或終止閣下存取本網站、取消訂單或停用帳戶。
17. 條款修改
17.1 我們可不時更新本條款及細則。更新版本將於網站刊登，並附上新的「最後更新」日期。閣下於更新生效後繼續使用本網站，即表示接受經修訂條款。
18. 一般條文
18.1 如本條款任何條文被裁定為無效或不可執行，其餘條文仍然具有十足效力及作用。
18.2 我們可因公司重組、業務轉讓、外判安排或服務供應安排而轉讓本條款下的權利及義務。未經我們事先書面同意，閣下不得轉讓本條款下的任何權利或義務。
18.3 本條款連同任何明確納入作為參考的政策，構成閣下與 iNutrition 就本網站及透過本網站下訂單事宜的完整協議，並取代先前所有相關理解或安排。
19. 管轄法律及司法管轄權
19.1 本條款受香港法律管轄，並按其解釋。閣下與 iNutrition 同意接受香港法院對任何因本條款、本網站或透過本網站下達的訂單而引起或相關的爭議所擁有的專屬司法管轄權。

General Terms and Conditions
These General Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the website located at inutritionhk.com and any related pages, content, features, and services made available through it (collectively, the “Site”). The Site is operated by iNutrition Limited (“iNutrition”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these General Terms and Conditions.
If there is any inconsistency between the Chinese version and the English version of these General Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
1. Services
1.1 iNutrition is an online retailer of clinical nutrition, medical nutrition, dietary supplement, and related health products for customers in Hong Kong.
1.2 Unless expressly stated otherwise on a product page or at checkout, products purchased through the Site are sold by iNutrition. We may use supplier partners, logistics partners, and other third-party service providers to fulfill, deliver, process, support, or administer your order.
1.3 We reserve the right to amend these General Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice. The amended terms take effect from the date they are published on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any update constitutes your acceptance of the latest version.
1.4 The meaning of certain words used in these General Terms and Conditions is as follows:
1.4.1 “Site” means inutritionhk.com and any related pages, content, features, and services we make available from time to time.
1.4.2 “products” means the goods ordered by you through the Site.
1.4.3 “Content” means all text, images, graphics, design, layout, logos, product copy, code, and other material appearing on the Site.
1.4.4 “Refund Policy” means our policy governing returns, replacements, refunds, and related arrangements as published on the Site from time to time.
2. Eligibility And Accounts
2.1 You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract in order to use the Site and place orders.
2.2 If you create an account, you are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and ensuring that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date.
2.3 We may suspend or terminate your account, cancel an order, or refuse service if we reasonably believe that any information provided is false, misleading, incomplete, unauthorized, or connected to fraud or abuse.
3. Product Information And Health Disclaimer
3.1 We aim to present product descriptions, ingredients, nutrition information, usage information, pricing, stock status, images, and other content as accurately as reasonably possible. However, product packaging, labelling, formulations, availability, promotional bundles, and manufacturer information may change from time to time. Images are for reference only unless expressly stated otherwise.
3.2 Content on the Site is provided for general information only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, treatment advice, or a substitute for professional healthcare guidance. You should consult a qualified doctor, dietitian, pharmacist, or other healthcare professional before using products for medical or nutritional purposes, especially if the user is pregnant, breastfeeding, elderly, immunocompromised, under medical supervision, or taking prescription medication.
3.3 You are responsible for checking product suitability, ingredients, allergens, flavour selection, storage requirements, and usage instructions before use.
4. Orders And Contract Formation
4.1 When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products from us.
4.2 Any email we send acknowledging receipt of your order confirms receipt only and does not constitute acceptance of your order.
4.3 We reserve the right to accept, reject, limit, or cancel any order at any time before dispatch, fulfillment, or express confirmation of acceptance, including where:
4.3.1 a product is unavailable or out of stock;
4.3.2 there is a pricing, product description, promotion, or technical error;
4.3.3 we suspect fraud, unauthorized activity, resale abuse, or other misuse;
4.3.4 delivery to the address provided is not available or is not operationally feasible; or
4.3.5 we require additional verification and do not receive it in a timely manner.
4.4 A contract is formed only when we dispatch or fulfill your order, or otherwise expressly confirm our acceptance of it.
5. Prices, Payment, And Taxes
5.1 All prices displayed on the Site are in Hong Kong dollars (HKD) unless otherwise stated.
5.2 We make reasonable efforts to ensure pricing accuracy, but errors may occur. If we discover a pricing, promotion, or product information error after you place an order, we may cancel the order or contact you with corrected information and an opportunity to reconfirm.
5.3 You must pay using a payment method made available at checkout. By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize us, our payment processor, and relevant platform providers to charge the full amount payable for your order, including any taxes or fees disclosed at checkout.
5.4 Title to products passes to you when full payment has been received and the products have been delivered to the delivery address you provided. Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery.
6. Delivery And Fulfillment
6.1 We currently accept orders for delivery within Hong Kong only, unless we expressly state otherwise.
6.2 Orders may be fulfilled by iNutrition, supplier partners, or third-party logistics providers. Any estimated dispatch or delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to supplier processing, courier constraints, weather, public holidays, regulatory issues, building access restrictions, address errors, or events beyond our reasonable control.
6.3 You must provide a complete and accurate delivery address, recipient name, and contact number. We do not deliver to SF Express stations, smart lockers, self-pickup lockers, or other restricted delivery points where our checkout rules or operations do not permit delivery.
6.4 If delivery fails because the address is incorrect, inaccessible, unattended, refused, unsafe, or otherwise not deliverable for reasons attributable to you, we may charge additional delivery or redelivery fees, deduct reasonable handling costs from any refund where permitted by law, or cancel the order.
6.5 Any shipping charges and free-shipping thresholds, if applicable, will be shown on the Site, at checkout, or in our Shipping Policy. We may update such arrangements from time to time.
7. Returns, Replacements, And Refunds
7.1 Because many products sold on the Site are nutrition, supplement, or health-related products, returns are restricted for safety, hygiene, and quality-control reasons.
7.2 Our Refund Policy forms part of these General Terms and Conditions and sets out the detailed rules, time limits, process, and remedies for returns, replacements, and refunds. By placing an order, you agree to that policy.
7.3 Unless required by law or expressly stated in our Refund Policy, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect flavour selection, personal preference, or products that have been opened, used, tampered with, or not properly stored after delivery.
7.4 If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or materially incorrect, you must notify us within the period stated in our Refund Policy and provide reasonable supporting evidence, such as photographs, batch or expiry details, and order details. We may require inspection, return, disposal confirmation, or other verification before approving a refund, replacement, or other remedy.
7.5 Where a refund is approved, we may process it to the original payment method, as store credit, or by another lawful method described in the applicable policy or required by the payment channel.
8. Promotions, Discount Codes, And Marketing Offers
8.1 From time to time, we may offer discount codes, promotional pricing, gifts, bundles, shipping offers, or other campaigns. Such offers are subject to any specific terms presented with the offer and may be changed, suspended, or withdrawn at any time to the extent permitted by law.
8.2 Unless expressly stated otherwise:
8.2.1 promotions cannot be exchanged for cash;
8.2.2 promotions cannot be combined with other offers if the relevant campaign terms prohibit it;
8.2.3 promotions apply only during the stated promotional period; and
8.2.4 promotions may be cancelled or reversed if an order is cancelled, refunded, or found to be fraudulent or abusive.
9. Acceptable Use Of The Site
9.1 You agree not to:
9.1.1 use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or misleading purpose;
9.1.2 interfere with, disrupt, reverse engineer, or damage the Site, any connected systems, or any security features;
9.1.3 scrape, copy, reproduce, republish, or commercially exploit Site content without our prior written consent, except as permitted by law;
9.1.4 upload or transmit malware, harmful code, or content that infringes the rights of others; or
9.1.5 use the Site in a way that could harm our operations, customers, suppliers, reputation, or compliance obligations.
10. Intellectual Property
10.1 All content on the Site, including text, images, product copy, graphics, logos, layouts, code, design elements, and compilations, is owned by or licensed to iNutrition or the relevant rights holders and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 You may access and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial use only. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from the relevant rights holder.
11. User Submissions And Reviews
11.1 If you submit reviews, comments, testimonials, questions, photographs, or other content to us or through the Site, you confirm that your submission is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe the rights of any third party.
11.2 You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, publish, adapt, and display such content for operating, promoting, and improving our business and the Site.
11.3 We may moderate, remove, decline to publish, or edit user submissions at our discretion.

14.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that the Site will always be free from bugs, delays, or security vulnerabilities.
14.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, representations, and conditions not expressly stated in these General Terms and Conditions, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
14.3 Nothing in these General Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under Hong Kong law.
14.4 Subject to the foregoing, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss, or any loss of profit, revenue, goodwill, opportunity, or data arising out of or in connection with the Site, your order, a delivery delay, or your use of any product, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
14.5 Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you in respect of any claim relating to a product or order will not exceed the amount you paid for that product or order.
15. Indemnity
15.1 You agree to indemnify and hold harmless iNutrition, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from and against claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your breach of these General Terms and Conditions, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
16. Suspension And Termination
16.1 We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Site, cancel orders, or disable accounts if we believe you have breached these General Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraud or abuse, created risk to our business or other customers, or where suspension is required for legal, operational, or security reasons.
17. Changes To These Terms
17.1 We may update these General Terms and Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be posted on the Site with a revised “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after the updated terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
18. General
18.1 If any provision of these General Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
18.2 We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these General Terms and Conditions as part of a restructuring, business transfer, outsourcing arrangement, or service-provider arrangement. You may not assign your rights or obligations under these General Terms and Conditions without our prior written consent.
18.3 These General Terms and Conditions, together with any policies expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and iNutrition relating to the Site and supersede any prior understandings or arrangements relating to the same subject matter.
19. Governing Law And Jurisdiction
19.1 These General Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. You and iNutrition submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong in relation to any dispute arising out of or in connection with these General Terms and Conditions, the Site, or any order placed through the Site.
