OPTIFAST "iNutrition $100 e-Cash Coupon" terms and conditions:

  1. Customers who purchase the Optifast series on the iNutrition website for more than $1000 during the promotion period and complete the review and rating according to the email instructions are eligible to redeem an e-coupon "iNutrition $100 e-Cash Coupon" ("e-Cash Coupon").
  2. After the customer completes the review and rating, they need to take a screenshot and send it to the iNutrition email info@inutritionhk.com.
  3. After iNutrition has verified the reviews and ratings, eligible customers will receive an e-cash voucher via iNutrition e-mail, which will be sent to the customer's registered e-mail address.
  4. Failure to complete all the specified steps will result in no electronic cash coupons.
  5. This e-cash voucher is only applicable to iNutrition when purchasing products from the same account and cannot be transferred.
  6. This e-cash voucher is only valid for the purchase of designated products on the iNutrition website before the expiration date (May 31, 2021), and is invalid after the expiration date.
  7. This e-cash voucher is only suitable for customers to input and use when making payment.
  8. Each purchase can only use this electronic cash coupon once.
  9. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other offers (except for the Optifast special shake shake cup).
  10. The transportation fee will not be included in the calculation of the amount of patronage required for this electronic cash coupon.

  16. If we fail to verify the identity of the winners and distribute the prizes due to incorrect information or unsuitable information, their qualifications will be cancelled. The company will not redistribute prizes and is not responsible.
