iNutrition Limited（下稱「iNutrition」或「本店」）營運格價比較頁面（/pages/prices），旨在幫助消費者比較醫學營養品在多間香港網店的價格。使用此頁面即表示閣下同意以下條款。
1. 數據來源及準確性
格價數據由自動化系統每日從公開網店頁面抓取。本店已盡合理努力確保價格準確，但不保證數據在任何時刻完全準確、完整或即時更新。實際價格可能因以下原因與顯示價格不同：
- 網店更改了價格而系統尚未抓取
- 限時優惠、會員折扣或優惠碼
- 產品缺貨或下架
- 網站結構變更導致抓取失敗
2. 免責聲明
格價數據僅供參考。本店不就以下事項承擔任何責任：
- 因依賴格價數據而作出的購買決定或產生的任何損失
- 第三方網店的產品供應、定價、運費或服務質素
- 數據抓取中斷或延遲
3. 第三方網店
格價比較頁面顯示的第三方網店名稱及價格屬於各相關商戶。本店與該等網店並無合作關係、聯盟關係或認可關係，除非另行說明。點擊第三方網店名稱可能會導向外部網站，該等網站的使用條款及私隱政策與本店無關。
4. 價格歷史圖表
價格走勢圖表顯示過往抓取的數據記錄。歷史數據按原樣保留，不作追溯更正。圖表僅用於展示價格趨勢，不應作為精確歷史價格的依據。
5. 每支價格計算
為方便比較，所有價格均換算為「每支價格」。此計算基於各網店公開的整箱/套裝售價除以包裝數量。如網店另收取運費或提供額外折扣，本頁面未必反映。
6. iNutrition 定位
本店作為其中一間被比較的網店同時列出。格價系統以相同標準抓取所有網店（包括本店）的價格，確保比較公正透明。
7. 知識產權
格價比較頁面的設計、代碼及數據呈現方式為 iNutrition 之知識產權。未經本店書面同意，不得複製、抓取或轉載格價數據作商業用途。
8. 條款修訂
本店保留隨時修訂此條款的權利。修訂後的條款將於本頁面發布時即時生效。

iNutrition Limited (hereinafter referred to as "iNutrition", "we", "us", or "the Store") operates a price comparison page (/pages/prices) to help consumers compare medical nutrition product prices across multiple Hong Kong online stores. By using this page, you agree to the following terms.
1. Data Sources & Accuracy
Price data is collected daily by an automated system from publicly available online store pages. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, we do not guarantee that the data is fully accurate, complete, or up to date at any given moment. Displayed prices may differ from actual prices due to:
- Price changes made by a store before our system's next data collection
- Limited-time promotions, member discounts, or coupon codes
- Products being out of stock or delisted
- Changes to a store's website structure that prevent data collection
2. Disclaimer
Price comparison data is provided for reference only. We accept no liability for:
- Any purchasing decisions made or losses incurred in reliance on this data
- Product availability, pricing, shipping costs, or service quality of third-party stores
- Interruptions or delays in data collection
3. Third-Party Stores
Third-party store names and prices shown on the comparison page belong to their respective merchants. We have no partnership, affiliation, or endorsement relationship with these stores unless otherwise stated. Clicking a third-party store name may direct you to an external website whose terms of use and privacy policy are independent of ours.
4. Price History Charts
Price trend charts display historical data as collected. Historical records are preserved as-is and are not retroactively corrected. Charts are intended to illustrate pricing trends and should not be relied upon as precise historical price records.
5. Per-Unit Price Calculation
To facilitate comparison, all prices are converted to a per-unit (per-bottle) basis. This calculation is based on the publicly listed case or bundle price divided by the number of units per package. Additional shipping charges or discounts offered by individual stores may not be reflected.
6. iNutrition's Position
Our store is listed as one of the compared retailers. The comparison system applies the same data collection standards to all stores, including our own, to ensure fair and transparent comparison.
7. Intellectual Property
The design, code, and data presentation of the price comparison page are the intellectual property of iNutrition. Reproduction, scraping, or redistribution of comparison data for commercial purposes is prohibited without our prior written consent.
8. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Revised terms take effect immediately upon publication on this page.
