退換政策
本退換政策的中文版本僅供參考。如中英文版本有任何歧異或不一致之處,概以英文版本為準。
iNutrition 致力確保送出的產品在出貨時狀況良好。然而,若閣下收到的產品於送達時已出現損壞、缺陷、變質,或與訂單內容有重大不符,閣下可根據本政策於指定時限內申請退換貨或其他適當安排。
1. 適用範圍
1.1 本政策適用於閣下於 iNutrition 網站購買並送往香港地址的產品。
1.2 本政策應與我們的條款及細則一併閱讀。如本政策與條款及細則有任何不一致之處,就退換貨、退款及相關安排而言,以本政策為準。
2. 3日退換申報期
2.1 如閣下收到的產品於送達時已損壞、有缺陷、變質,或與訂單內容有重大不符,閣下必須於收貨日起計3日內通知我們。
2.2 逾期提出的申請,我們未必能受理,除非適用法律另有規定。
3. 可受理的情況
3.1 我們一般只會受理以下情況的申請:
3.1.1 產品於送達時已損壞;
3.1.2 產品於送達時已有缺陷或變質;
3.1.3 收到的產品與訂單內容有重大不符;或
3.1.4 其他經我們確認屬合理的產品問題。
4. 申請方式
4.1 閣下可電郵至 info@inutritionhk.com 提交退換貨或退款申請。
4.2 提交申請時,請提供以下資料:
4.2.1 訂單編號;
4.2.2 問題產品的名稱及數量;
4.2.3 問題詳情,包括損壞、缺陷、變質或不符情況;及
4.2.4 清晰照片,包括外包裝、產品狀況、批次或有效日期資料(如適用)。
4.3 在我們確認下一步安排前,請保留相關產品、包裝及隨附物品,不要棄置。
5. 不接受退換或退款的情況
5.1 除非適用法律另有規定或我們另有明確同意,以下情況一般不接受退換貨或退款:
5.1.1 收貨日起計超過3日後才提出申請;
5.1.2 因改變主意、個人喜好、口味選擇錯誤或訂購錯誤而提出的申請;
5.1.3 產品已被開封、使用、拆封、改動或未有妥善保存,惟閣下所投訴的問題於送達時已存在者除外;
5.1.4 產品包裝、標籤或內容因閣下處理不當而受損;
5.1.5 折扣產品、清貨產品、特價產品或贈品,而有關產品頁面或推廣條款已註明不接受退貨;
5.1.6 沒有實際損壞、缺陷、變質或重大不符的產品;或
5.1.7 並非於 iNutrition 購買的產品。
6. 我們的審核及處理方式
6.1 我們收到申請及所需資料後,會作出審核,並可能要求進一步資料、產品檢查、退回產品或銷毀確認。
6.2 如申請獲批,我們可按個別情況提供更換貨品、退款、商店購物金或其他適當安排。
6.3 如需要退回產品,我們會於批核後通知閣下退回方式。
7. 退回運費及處理時間
7.1 如退換貨或退款申請因送達時已存在的產品問題而獲批,我們一般會承擔合理退回安排的費用,或按我們指定方式處理退回。
7.2 更換貨品或退款的實際處理時間,視乎個案性質、檢查安排、物流時間及付款渠道而定。
7.3 如退款獲批,退款一般會退回原付款方式;如原付款方式不可行,我們可改以商店購物金或其他合法方式處理。
8. 其他
8.1 產品圖片、包裝或規格如與實物有輕微差異,而不影響產品本身性質、用途或品質,一般不構成可退換理由。
8.2 如有任何爭議,我們保留在適用法律允許範圍內作出最終決定的權利。

Refund Policy
If there is any inconsistency between the Chinese version and the English version of this Refund Policy, the English version shall prevail.
iNutrition aims to ensure that products are in good condition when dispatched. However, if a product arrives damaged, defective, spoiled, or materially different from your order, you may request a return, replacement, refund, or other appropriate remedy in accordance with this Refund Policy.
1. Scope
1.1 This Refund Policy applies to products purchased through the iNutrition website and delivered to addresses in Hong Kong.
1.2 This Refund Policy should be read together with our General Terms and Conditions. If there is any inconsistency between this Refund Policy and the General Terms and Conditions, this Refund Policy will prevail in relation to returns, replacements, refunds, and related arrangements.
2. 3-Day Reporting Window
2.1 If a product arrives damaged, defective, spoiled, or materially different from your order, you must notify us within 3 days from the date of delivery.
2.2 Claims made after that period may not be accepted unless required by applicable law.
3. Eligible Circumstances
3.1 We will generally consider claims only where:
3.1.1 the product arrived damaged;
3.1.2 the product arrived defective or spoiled;
3.1.3 the product delivered was materially incorrect compared with the order; or
3.1.4 another product issue is confirmed by us as reasonably eligible.
4. How To Submit A Request
4.1 You may submit a return, replacement, or refund request by emailing info@inutritionhk.com.
4.2 When submitting your request, please provide:
4.2.1 your order number;
4.2.2 the name and quantity of the affected product;
4.2.3 details of the issue, including any damage, defect, spoilage, or material discrepancy; and
4.2.4 clear photographs showing the outer packaging, product condition, and any batch or expiry details where applicable.
4.3 Until we confirm the next steps, please retain the affected product, its packaging, and any accompanying items, and do not dispose of them.
5. Non-Returnable And Non-Refundable Circumstances
5.1 Unless required by applicable law or otherwise expressly agreed by us, we will generally not accept returns, replacements, or refunds where:
5.1.1 the request is made more than 3 days after delivery;
5.1.2 the request is based on change of mind, personal preference, incorrect flavour selection, or ordering error;
5.1.3 the product has been opened, used, unsealed, altered, or not properly stored after delivery, unless the issue complained of already existed on arrival;
5.1.4 the product packaging, labelling, or contents have been damaged due to mishandling after delivery;
5.1.5 the product is a discount item, clearance item, promotional item, or free gift that is expressly marked as non-returnable under the relevant product page or promotion terms;
5.1.6 there is no actual damage, defect, spoilage, or material discrepancy; or
5.1.7 the product was not purchased from iNutrition.
6. Review And Remedy
6.1 After we receive your request and the required information, we will review the claim and may ask for additional information, product inspection, return of the product, or disposal confirmation.
6.2 If your claim is approved, we may provide a replacement, refund, store credit, or another appropriate remedy depending on the circumstances.
6.3 If return of the product is required, we will provide instructions after approval.
7. Return Costs And Processing Time
7.1 Where a return, replacement, or refund claim is approved because of a product issue that existed on arrival, we will generally bear the reasonable cost of the return arrangement, or handle the return in accordance with our instructions.
7.2 The actual time required to process a replacement or refund depends on the nature of the case, inspection arrangements, logistics, and the payment channel used.
7.3 Where a refund is approved, it will generally be made to the original payment method. If that is not practicable, we may issue store credit or use another lawful method.
8. General
8.1 Minor differences between product images, packaging, or specifications and the actual product will not generally qualify for return or refund if they do not affect the product's essential nature, intended use, or quality.
8.2 In the event of any dispute, we reserve the right to make the final decision to the extent permitted by applicable law.
