送貨政策

本送貨政策的中文版本僅供參考。如中英文版本有任何歧異或不一致之處,概以英文版本為準。

iNutrition 致力以安全、合適及具效率的方式安排送貨服務。本送貨政策說明我們目前的送貨地區、送貨安排、限制、延誤情況及其他相關事項。

1. 適用範圍

1.1    本送貨政策適用於透過 iNutrition 網站下達並送往香港地址的訂單。

1.2    本送貨政策應與我們的條款及細則一併閱讀。如本送貨政策與條款及細則有任何不一致之處,就送貨安排而言,以本送貨政策為準。


2. 運費

2.1    所有訂單均享免費送貨服務,無最低消費要求。

2.2    網站顯示的產品價格已包含一般香港本地送貨成本,結帳時不會另行收取標準運費。

2.3    如閣下要求特別送貨安排,而有關安排超出我們的正常送貨流程,我們可先與閣下確認是否可行,以及是否需要另作安排。


3. 送貨地區

3.1    我們目前只接受香港境內送貨訂單。

3.2    送貨服務視乎實際物流能力、地址可達性、樓宇限制、產品性質及供應商安排而定。我們保留拒絕或調整送貨安排的權利,如有關地址在營運上不可行、受限制、不安全,或一般送貨車輛未能合理到達,包括某些受限制地點、醫院、偏遠位置或受樓宇進入條件限制的地址。


4. 不接受的送貨地址或方式

4.1    我們不提供送貨至順豐站、智能櫃、自助櫃、自提櫃或其他非住宅或非商業收貨點,而我們的結帳系統或營運流程不允許送貨至該等地點。

4.2    閣下必須提供完整及準確的住宅或商業送貨地址、收件人姓名及聯絡電話。

4.3    如提供的地址不完整、不正確、無法進入、受限制或不適合正常送貨,我們可要求閣下提供替代地址或重新安排送貨。

4.4    如送貨時樓宇升降機故障、入口受阻,或現場情況令送貨無法安全或合理完成,我們可聯絡閣下改期送貨。


5. 預計送貨時間

5.1    一般情況下,完成下單及付款後,產品會約於3至4個工作天內送達。

5.2    上述時間僅屬估算,並不構成保證。實際送貨時間可因供應商處理時間、物流安排、產品性質、節日期間、天氣、交通、地址限制或其他超出我們合理控制範圍的情況而有所延誤。


6. 分開送貨

6.1    直送產品、優惠套裝產品、贈品或由不同供應商或物流安排處理的產品,可能會與同一訂單中的其他產品分開送出。

6.2    如訂單分開送貨,閣下一般毋須就標準本地送貨安排支付額外運費。


7. 送貨方式

7.1    我們可按產品性質、供應商安排、保護要求及營運需要,使用供應商合作夥伴、供應商指定的醫療或專業物流服務、第三方物流服務供應商或其他合適方式安排送貨。

7.2    某些產品的送貨方式須按產品性質或供應商要求而定,客戶未必可自行選擇運輸方式。

7.3    如閣下有特別送貨要求,我們會按個別情況考慮,但不保證可提供。

7.4    如閣下要求使用自選速遞、司機或其他非我們一般安排的運輸方式,是否可行須另行確認,而所有因此產生的額外費用、風險或特別安排一般由閣下承擔。


8. 惡劣天氣及其他延誤

8.1    如遇惡劣天氣或其他影響安全或物流運作的情況,包括但不限於八號或以上熱帶氣旋警告信號、黑色暴雨警告、嚴重水浸、道路封閉或其他重大干擾,送貨服務可能延遲、暫停或改期。

8.2    如有需要,我們會盡合理努力聯絡閣下安排更新送貨時間。


9. 送貨失敗

9.1    如因閣下提供的地址不正確、無人收貨、拒收、地址無法進入或其他可歸責於閣下的原因導致送貨失敗,我們可要求重新安排送貨。

9.2    如訂單其後被取消,任何退款安排將受我們的退款政策及適用法律規管。

11. 其他

11.1    如有任何爭議,我們保留在適用法律允許範圍內作出最終決定的權利。

Shipping Policy

If there is any inconsistency between the Chinese version and the English version of this Shipping Policy, the English version shall prevail.

iNutrition is committed to arranging delivery in a safe, reliable, and efficient way. This Shipping Policy explains where we deliver, how delivery works, and what to expect if there are restrictions or delays.

1. Scope

1.1    This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through the iNutrition website for delivery to addresses in Hong Kong.

1.2    This Shipping Policy should be read together with our General Terms and Conditions. If there is any inconsistency between this Shipping Policy and the General Terms and Conditions, this Shipping Policy will prevail in relation to delivery arrangements.


2. Shipping Charges

2.1    All orders qualify for free delivery, with no minimum spend requirement.

2.2    The prices shown on our website already include standard local Hong Kong delivery costs, and no standard shipping charge will be added at checkout.

2.3    If you ask for a delivery arrangement outside our normal process, we may first need to confirm whether it can be handled and whether separate arrangements are needed.


3. Delivery Area

3.1    We currently accept orders for delivery within Hong Kong only.

3.2    Delivery depends on logistics capacity, address accessibility, building restrictions, product requirements, and supplier arrangements. We may decline or adjust delivery where an address is unsafe, restricted, difficult to access, or not reasonably reachable by normal delivery vehicles, including certain restricted locations, hospitals, remote locations, or addresses affected by building access limitations.


4. Restricted Delivery Addresses Or Methods

4.1    We do not deliver to SF Express stations, smart lockers, self-service lockers, pickup lockers, or other non-residential or non-commercial collection points where our checkout system or operations do not permit delivery.

4.2    You must provide a complete and accurate residential or commercial delivery address, recipient name, and contact number.

4.3    If the address provided is incomplete, inaccurate, inaccessible, restricted, or otherwise unsuitable for normal delivery, we may ask you for an alternative address or arrange a new delivery time.

4.4    If a building elevator is out of service, access is blocked, or site conditions mean delivery cannot be completed safely at the time of delivery, we may contact you to reschedule.


5. Estimated Delivery Time

5.1    Under normal circumstances, products are expected to arrive in approximately 3 to 4 business days after an order is placed and paid for.

5.2    This is an estimate only, not a guarantee. Delivery time may vary depending on supplier processing time, logistics arrangements, product type, holiday periods, weather, traffic, address restrictions, or other factors beyond our reasonable control.


6. Split Deliveries

6.1    Direct-ship items, promotional bundles, gifts, or products handled by different suppliers or logistics arrangements may be delivered separately from other items in the same order.

6.2    If an order is split into multiple deliveries, you will generally not be charged extra for standard local delivery.


7. Delivery Method

7.1    Depending on the product, supplier requirements, handling needs, and operational arrangements, delivery may be handled by supplier partners, supplier-designated medical or specialist logistics, third-party logistics providers, or another suitable delivery method.

7.2    Some products must be delivered using a method chosen according to the product type or supplier arrangement, so customers may not be able to choose the carrier.

7.3    If you have a special delivery request, we can consider it case by case, but we cannot promise that it will be available.

7.4    If you request your own courier, driver, or another transport arrangement outside our standard process, we will need to confirm whether it can be arranged. Any extra costs, risks, or special arrangements will generally be your responsibility.


8. Severe Weather And Other Delays

8.1    Delivery may be delayed, suspended, or rescheduled during severe weather or other situations that affect safety or logistics operations, including but not limited to Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above, Black Rainstorm Warning, serious flooding, road closures, or other major disruptions.

8.2    If needed, we will use reasonable efforts to contact you with updated delivery arrangements.


9. Failed Delivery

9.1    If delivery fails because the address provided is incorrect, unattended, refused, inaccessible, or otherwise undeliverable for reasons attributable to you, we may need to reschedule delivery.

9.2    If the order is later cancelled, any refund will be handled in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable law.
