VIVONEX® PLUS 游離胺基酸配方含100% 游離胺基酸 (Free amino acid)，適合胃腸功能受損的病人；只有6%能量來自脂肪，適合需要限制脂肪的病人，有助提高耐受性，並減少對胰腺的刺激 ；亦含谷氨酰胺 (L-Glutamine)、精氨酸 (L-Arginine)及支鏈胺基酸 (BCAA)，適合代謝分解快速的病人直接運用。病人只需用到較少的消化功能，從而減輕腸道的負擔，並為腸道帶來益處。

腸胃道功能嚴重受損，導致以下狀況的人士:

• 蛋白質及脂肪嚴重吸收不良
• 腸道切除
• 吸收不良
• 手術後餵飼
• 腸道衰竭
• 胰腺炎
• 乳糜胸 
• 由全靜脈營養(TPN)轉為口服或管飼的病人
