Suggested use
Using the scoop provided, add 9 level scoops of powder to 95 ml of room-temperature water, stir until fully dissolved, then add another 95 ml of room-temperature water.
Two servings a day are suggested, taken between main meals. Once mixed it can be kept in the refrigerator and must be used within 24 hours.
